    I have a fairly new computer and all the ports on my 13 in 1 dockstation work except the monitor ports.
    On the other hand, everything works fine on my laptop.

    Could you help me.

    Based on your question, it's possible that your computer may not support the function you are trying to use. In order to support this feature, your computer's USB-C port needs to be able to support video output functionality. Generally, this can be achieved through a full-featured port, or a Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 port.
