Constantly USB connecting and disconnecting...

    I am getting constant disconnecting and connecting/ last usb device not recognized...

    I've done all of these things every possible thing:

    1. I followed instruction on how to flash the firmware and it keeps failing using ISP tool

    2. Uninstall usb driver device, restart computer - does not work

    3. Update driver - windows says it's already up to date along with Windows Update driver are all up to date.

    4.  Disabled, uninstalled, restarted computer. The problem still persist.  

    I feel like i have a defective unit!!

    Please help! Can I get an exchange please?
