The static electricity of the laptop is likely causing this abnormality.

Please release the static electricity from your laptop:

    1. Unplug all external devices, such as the laptop's power charger, mobile hard drive, U disk, mouse, etc., and turn the laptop off (if it is a removable laptop battery, you can remove it as well)

    2. Press and hold the laptop's power switch button for about 20 seconds, then release the power switch button. If not, try a few more times.

If not a static electricity problem.

    1. Press the Windows key + R key at the same time to open Run, enter the "services. msc" command in the Run dialog box to open the service, find and double-click Plug and Play service in the service window, first start Plug and Play service Type: Disable, Stop Service, Click Apply and OK.

    2. Click Plug and Play service, set the Plug and Play service startup type to Automatic, start the service, click Apply, and OK. Currently, the Plug and Play service startup type: is automatic, running status: running. Plug and unplug the USB device again, then enter the device manager to see if it is resolved.

    3. Right-click the problematic device in the device manager to uninstall, remove the device's USB peripherals, and restart your computer.

    4. After restarting, reconnect the USB peripherals, scan to detect hardware changes, and check again whether the problem still exists in the device manager.
