I got your product from Amazon, it worked well in the beginning but now the HDMIs are not working anymore.
Model NO: SEDK1501
SN: 2328
- Not sure what to do, I tried reinstalling the software/driver but nothing.
- I tried on 2 laptops(M1 and i9), same result.
- I did not upgrade the OS.
- tried only using 1 HDMI at a time.
- I've got 2 macbooks (M1 and i9)

Hi, I did try reinstalling the driver, 2 times actually(as you can see in the IMAGE the version is the latest one 1.10), and I sent the details in the email.
And It worked for a month basically. I sent on email the Amazon Order as well.
