Docking station: SEDK1401C-UK - can't change resoluition on monitors.

  Hi, recently bought the following :

  https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BXWB53GP?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 SB C Docking Station with 65W Power Adapter 15 IN 1 Docking Station Dual Monitor

  All setup and working except it does not recognize the correct display resolution although it correctly picks up the model of the displays (2 * Dell SE2417HGK) But limits the display to 720*576 & no way to change it. I have done the normal checks of cables etc. but to no avail. 

  I bought this unit to replace/upgrade the one I've had for a number of years, previous unit (diff brand) worked fine and displayed the correct resolution on both monitors. I've also plugged the monitors with same cables directly into my laptop and again works fine so not a display driver issue.

   

  Any ideas would be greatful.
