Hello i just bought the selore usb c docking station today and i have it connected to my macbook air. All ports seem to work except the two hdmi ports. Please help. I need to setup an external monitor immediately

Hello! So when i used the cable provided in the box as the one to connect my mac to the docking station, it worked alright. Now the cable provided is very small and i need a larger one, can you tell me the specifications of the cable provided in the box please?
